1. Hiring & Recruitment Standards
AuratTech follows strict screening and safeguarding procedures before engaging any staff member, trainer, volunteer, consultant, or counselor.

All team members must:
Undergo reference and background checks.
Provide verified academic and professional credentials.
Complete onboarding, including full review of Safeguarding, Code of Conduct, Confidentiality, Data Protection, and related policies.
Complete mandatory safeguarding orientation before starting work.
Comply with all updated safeguarding protocols and Codes of Conduct introduced for new trainings or programs.
Trainer Hiring Standards
To ensure a safe learning environment for all participants, AuratTech applies additional requirements for trainers.
✦ General Hiring Requirements
Submit a valid Police Character Certificate (mandatory requirement).
Undergo a Bias Assessment conducted by AuratTech.
Demonstrate commitment to gender sensitivity, inclusion, and non-discrimination.
Agree to follow strict professional communication standards.
Complete trainer onboarding, which includes a full review of Safeguarding Policies, Code of Conduct, Confidentiality, Data Protection, and all relevant program protocols.
Trainer Conduct Rules

Privately message participants through personal phone numbers, WhatsApp, social media, or personal email.
Share personal contact information with participants.
Use inappropriate, abusive, discriminatory, flirtatious, or suggestive language.
Take photos or videos of participants without written consent.
Conduct unsupervised one-to-one sessions with minors.

Take place through official AuratTech platforms.
Remain professional and respectful at all times.
Be transparent and, where necessary, supervised.

2. Safety During Programs
AuratTech ensures safe and supervised environments during all programs, whether online or onsite.
