Hunar Collective is a post-violence rehabilitation and economic reintegration program developed in
collaboration with the Ministry of Human Rights. The program supports women in crisis through digital
skills training, entrepreneurship education, trauma-informed psychosocial support, and communitybased rehabilitation pathways.
The initiative focuses on creating sustainable pathways toward financial independence, social
reintegration, and long-term resilience for women affected by violence and displacement.
She Rises
She Rises is a six-week rehabilitation pilot implemented at a Women Protection Center. The program
combines:
Digital literacy training
Entrepreneurship development
Trauma-informed mental health support
Small business development
Community reintegration support
Participants develop market-ready products, strengthen confidence, and build sustainable livelihood
pathways within safe and supportive learning environments.
The She Rises pilot also serves as a foundational research and implementation model for AuratTech’s
planned two-year rehabilitation and economic empowerment initiative across Women Protection
Centers in Pakistan. Insights from the pilot are being used to evaluate trauma-informed digital
education approaches, psychosocial support models, and pathways for long-term reintegration and
economic independence for women in crisis.
